Dr. Friskin: "Is he dead, Lois?"
Lois Lane: "No! But I was really mad and I wanted to kick him between the legs and pull his nose off and put out his eyes with a freshly sharpened pencil and disembowel him with a dull letter opener and strangle him with his own intestines but I stopped myself just in time!"
-Further On Down The Road by Terry Leatherwood (Lois and Clark fanfiction)
I'm told that the best speech makers follow three simple rules. Stand Up. Speak Up. Then, very quickly, Shut Up. -Annoymous.
What sort of person," said Salzella patiently, "sits down and writes a maniacal laugh? And all those exclamation marks, you notice? Five? A sure sign of someone who wears his underpants on his head." - Maskerade.
"Sometimes glass glitters more than diamonds because it has more to prove." - Terry Pratchett

“Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean it is not real?”- Albus Dumbledore, HP and the Deathly Hallows.
"“Sometimes you put walls up not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.” - Socrates
"Going from birth to death with this one event driving it all – no conscious choices, just reacting. That wasn’t being human, it was being an animal. You’ve got to be a person before you can be a hero." - Cat Tales 9, by Chris Dee.
“You know what I’m really the product of? Selina Kyle. The whole package is MY creation, not theirs. My choice. I choose to steal, I choose not to steal. I choose to help the JLA… I choose Bruce. A truly free woman, and THEY CAN’T STAND IT – scares the living SHIT out of ‘em. Why do you think they keep putting out all these demeaning stories? I’m a whore, I’m stupid, I’m weak-willed, I’m common, I’m in jail, I’m crazy. All ’cause they’re scared out of their minds that a woman like me could exist naturally. Scarecrow’s got it right. Fear, it’s a real bitch.” - Catwoman, Cat-tales 9 by Chris Dee.

All things fannish:
I have four fandoms. (From oldest to newest)
First is Lois and Clark:The New Adventures of Superman (1993 -1997), and all the Fans of Lois and Clark. (As opposed to Smallville.)

Second is Harry Potter, with my Scrose, Jamily and Heron fixation, although Harry/Draco is the hottest slash pairing ever.

Third is the only Show I currently watch, Supernatural.

Supernatural - Because Kripke is a Fangirl too.
(This journal is Wincest - free. I occasionally enjoy the J2 jokes and the Wincest fic, but I do not actively support it. I have severe ethical reservations against RPF and RPS. These are simply my personal convictions and I operate on a live and let live policy. I do not have a problem with those who ship Wincest or like RPF/RPS. All are welcome on my flist. =D)
Fourth is this guy.

I loved BTAS, but I didn't get into the franchise until I encountered the glory that was Batman Begins. Nothing can top that movie for me; I watch it about twice a day and never get tired of it! That's more than I can say for The Dark Knight - I've only been able to sit through it four times, even with all my Christian Bale love and Nolan worship. Spectacular movie, but rather depressing for a superhero flick.
I ship Bats with the Kinky Kitty

And this guy, who I'm conviced was the real love interest in TDK, given that he and Bruce were couldn't shut up about how great the other was. =P

My love for Bats might have a large part to do with my love for this beautiful man, and vice versa.

I also love Lord of the Rings (book and movie), Robin of Sherwood and Pirates of the Caribbean an insane amount, although not enough to join the fandom.
