So. 

Apparently, I now have a boyfriend. 

I knew I was going to turn out like Anne Shirley, Lois Lane and all that ilk of romantic heroine.  The guy I'd end up falling for was going to be wildly different from the kind of guy I would have always fantasized about having. 

And it feels just perfect.

I'm happy for you. :) And it's not unheard of that one ends up with the opposite of what one wanted/liked/dreamed of. My best friend's boyfriend is so not what we imagined when we were a few years younger, but they are very happy together. So you'll be just as happy, I suppose. :)
