Life has defaulted to annoying again.

ladymirthLaw of MY uinverse: Every really good day shall be followed by a sucky one.
My plan for today: Get up early, prepare notes for my Cultural Anthropology reading assignment, go to morning Cultural Anthropology class and give kick-ass reading complete with (formerly prepared) handouts, withdraw money from newly replenished savings account, go to saloon and give myself my monthly threading-waxing-pedicure pampering and have date with Boy over honey milkshake and a chocolate heaven.
Actual events of today: Wake up late with horrible stomach cramps, rush around getting Cultural Anth notes in order, start throwing up on my way to shower before class and finally have to call and tell Anth instructor that I can't make it because I'm sprawled upon the bed in an inexplicable fit of dizziness. And know that she thinks that I bailed on her because my reading was due today. Also, ix-nay on the beautification front because I honestly can't leave the house in this state.
What the hell, world?
*crawls back into bed and buries head in pillow*
