SPN Squeeage!
Feb. 15th, 2008 10:00 pmI just finished watching Supernatural 3x11.
HOLY SHIT! NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL AN EPISODE! Nice comeback, Show! *does jig*
Furthermore, in the OMFG department:
OMFG, THEY BOUGHT THE TRICKSTER BACK! I know "Tall Tales" was one of my favourite episodes from Season 2, and since I loved almost every single episode of Season 2, that's saying a lot. But I thought I couldn't love that Trickster more, and now I do. I loove that Trickster! He should come back every season!
ETA: It has been brought to my attention that the Trickster bears an astonishing similarity in looks and acting to the Prankster in Lois and Clark Season 2. IMDB says that the two aren't even remotely related though, so I gues it's one of those freak things.
OMFG, Intense!Sammy's fucking hot! I haven't felt so horny about him since "Born Under a Bad Sign"! If he has this effect on a certified Deanwoman like me, I can only imagine that the Samgirls have all been slain from hormonal overload!
OMFG, I never thought I could laugh so hard at all the ways Dean could die! Choking on sausages and being eaten by a dog and being crushed under a piano! The way his feet were sticking out under it, I half wanted Sam to pry his boots loose, put them on and click the heels together three times to see whether that would work.
OMFG, Dean dying first and last was heart-rending!
OMFG, THREE MONTHS?! What does that mean in terms of Dean's deal? Have they just lost three months, what?
OMFG, BOBBY! Only it wasn't really Bobby, but it totally was! If that even made sense.
OMFG, Sammy has turned into one ruthless sonofabitch! That stake! But what really chilled me was that he wasn't 100% sure before doing it! The way he immediately second-guessed himself and went "Bobby! Bobby!" scared the crap out of me! Not that Kripke would dare kill Bobby, of course. Would he? The fangirls would stake him.
OMFG, the confrontation with the Trickster! I know I've been complaining about this season raining anvils, but dude, that was one anvil that really, really, worked! Oh, the Sammypain, it kilt and kilt and kilt! Even the Trickster couldn't withstand the power of the pretty Sammy eyes filled with Manpain!
OMFG, THEY HUGGED! That's only the second time in the series they full on HUGGED, do you realize that?! Those Padapaws, they be good for hugging. That was a HUG to satisfy all the fangirls from the Wincest plane to the brotherlove whores, bless Kripke's fangirly heart!
OMFG, the closing scene! It chilled to the marrow, it didst! One thing's for sure. It was a really good call that they moved up "Mystery Spot" so that we have one more episode before we face a reeally long and parching hiatus, because if the screen had faded to black on that closing scene until they finished shooting new episodes, the fandom would have gone record levels of batshit!
OMFG, this was the Sammy episode to end ALL Sammy episodes! I am the first person to own that Jensen owns my heart, soul and first-born, but henceforth, I decree that anybody who dares to say, "well, Jared is great, of course, but Jensen is AMAZING," will be bitchslapped out of fandom with the business end of yaoi paddle! (Yes, I have develpoed a disturbing fixation with yaoi paddles.) They are both EQUALLY AMAZING, yo! Go, Padalecki!

Huh. Will squee more when I remember.
The only downside to this ep is that I now have "Asia" playing in my head over and over and over and over......AAAARGH!! The worst thing is, I've never heard it before this episode, so it's only thatone snatch of song I keep hearing in my head!
When you hear news reports of a girl who has gone screaming through the streets of Colombo in a gorilla outift, throwing nuts at people, you'll know I've finally cracked. And you'll know why.
In conclusion: MY SHOW PWNS THE WORLD, BITCHES!

Date: 2008-02-16 02:10 am (UTC)I don't think so, since they went back to that Wednesday. Sam might be three months older though. xD
Even the Trickster couldn't withstand the power of the pretty Sammy eyes filled with Manpain!
LOL, that seriously cracked me up. I was thinking something along those same lines during that scene too. :)
*here from spntv, btw*

Dude, I know. You know the scene near the end, when everything's finally back to normal, and when Dean is on his way out the door and is all 'clowns or midgets' Sam looks up and theres a closeup and just, his face. Honestly, these Winchesters need to stop breaking my heart. xD
