So I finally gave in to my baser impulses and watched the two spoiler videos on tonight's Supernatural episodes.

I know fandom is gearing up to cry buckets with tissues and stuff, but you'll probably need it for laughing too hard. You guys, it's fucking hilarious! Well, the two scenes I saw were. Which does not necessarily entail that the entire episode will be funny, but still. I'd give a lot for those two scenes.

Is it tomorrow yet?

Also,
all-knowing
Sam is strangely hot. More so than usual.

Every Thursday, I wish I lived in the U.S. Man, this looks like it's going to be a kick-ass episode! We haven't had enough of them this season.

I dunno about horror, but SPN sure brings the funneh!

Yeah, what's up with Supernatural? There were the two last episodes before the break, both of which absolutely rocked (can Sam just decapitate someone every episode?), and while last week's had Bela (could you start with her, please, Sammy?) it was still much better than the usual angst-fest episode. It's starting to look disturbingly like a good show, which means it'll probably be canceled soon. Sigh.

Dasha! Where have you been, girl? You are like a magician's rabbit. Sometimes you appear when I leasy expect it and then disappear in a puff of smoke. =)

Yay, another person who watches Supernatural! Aw, don't be so cynical, Dasha; by all accounts we're good for five more episodes this season and we're certainly going to have a season four, considering that SPN is one of the CW's three top shows, and the only one that appeals to a demographic with actual spending power to buy what the advertisers are selling. TV stations are clueless, but they understand where the money's at. Unless you're Fox network, of course, in which case there's no help for you. *g*

I'm glad you like S3, Dasha, but with me, it's usually been hit-and-miss so far. I am all for the angst and the subtlety of Season two. This season seems to have dispensed with the subtlety entirely and it's been raining anvils. That's not to say that there haven't been a couple of amazing eps, "Fresh Blood" being one of them. Yep, Sam should decapitate people more often.

I'm confused. Do you like Bela or not? I kinda do, but I'm dreadfully lonely in my preference. =/

It's been a good long while since I cought up with Two to Obey. How's that coming on, btw?

Hey Hon,

Sorry for the absence. Work was actually eating up my writing time instead of the other way around for a while, but that's been happily rectified.

I've always been a big fan of Supernatural because even when it sucks, it's still nice to look at. I actually haven't liked S3 so far, what with the Bela factor and the same goddamned never-ending angsty conversation between Sam and Dean in the Metallicar at the end of every episode, but Fresh Blood and the Christmas episode were both great, and reminded me why I started watching this show in the first place, because in the pilot, Supernatural was just mildly entertaining claptrap with nice eye candy until they killed Jessica at the end, at which point it became awesome. Or at least proved that it could be awesome on occasion. There were killer racist trucks to overcome along the way, but it had its moments.

I'm...digressing. I don't know if it's relevant, but yes, I hate Bela. Mainly I hate her because I cannot see any possible way that she fits into the main story arc except as some hot chick with daddy issues that the writers threw into the mix to keep us all interested while they prepared to go on strike. Plus she had the Metallicar towed, for which she deserves to die.

Anyway, the last chapter of Two to Obey went off to the betas about ten minutes ago, hopefully to be posted by the end of the weekend. Stop in if you get a chance; things are actually moving now :).

OMG! You know... I don't usually watch Supernatural. I tried, I just never got into it. BUT... last night's episode. Heeee!!

It airs after Smallville here (and yes, I still watch SV even though it mostly makes me cringe these days) and I somehow forgot to change the channel or turn off the TV, which is what usually happens. I was writing a story anyway and not exactly paying attention anyhow. So... I hear the first notes of the Asia song (which, I have to admit, I love that song! Reminds me when I was a teenager) and I look up and realize it's Supernatural. I shrugged and went back to my story. A few minutes later, again, the Asia song. I look up. And immediately realize they're having a "groundhog day" episode. I suddenly get all excited...

That was SO cool! :D

Mind you, I didn't see the whole ep -- yet! I recorded it (thank you Personal Video Recorder!) and I'll watch the whole thing this weekend, cause I figured I missed some of the beginning anyway.

Really looking forward to seeing it. Hell, that might even get me hooked. :D
